Selection Process |
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : Two-tier process—Preliminary Examination followed by Main Examination. No interview is required for this post.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) : Three-tier process—Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and a Common Interview.
- Officer Scale-II (Generalist/Specialist) & Scale-III (Senior Manager) : Two-tier process—Single Online Examination followed by a Common Interview.
- Provisional Allotment : Based on vacancies and final merit, candidates are allotted to Regional Rural Banks (RRBs).
