How to Apply

  • Visit Website : Go to the official HPBOSE website at www.hpbose.org and click on the "CET/Vacancy" option.

  • Select Link : Choose the "HP TET-2026" link to start your online application.

  • Register & Detail Entry : Enter your 12-digit Aadhar number, subject, and qualification details.

  • Personal Information : Fill in your name, parents' names, and date of birth in capital letters exactly as they appear on your matriculation certificate.

  • Category Selection : Select your category (GEN, SC, ST, or OBC) and sub-category carefully, as these cannot be changed later.

  • Contact Info : Provide a working mobile number and email ID to receive important updates via SMS and email.

  • Address & Domicile : Enter your complete permanent and correspondence addresses and indicate if you are a Bonafide Himachali.

  • Exam Center : Choose your preferred district and revenue sub-division for the examination center.

  • Upload Photo : Upload a scanned JPG photograph with a file size less than 20 KB and dimensions of 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm.

  • Upload Signature : Upload a scanned JPG signature with a file size less than 15 KB and dimensions of 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm.

  • Pay Fees : Pay the application fee (₹1200 for General; ₹700 for SC/ST/OBC/PHH) online via Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

  • Submit Declaration : Review all entered particulars and tick the declaration box before the final submission.

  • Print Confirmation : Download and print the final confirmation page for your records (there is no need to send a hard copy to the Board).

Selection Process

The selection process for the Himachal Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (HPTET) June 2026 involves the following steps:
